OVERVIEW​

The 2023.04-02 Release consisted of platform improvements and various updates to improve functionality and user experience. Below are some key highlights of this release.

Notarizations and eSign​

  • The “Need Help?” links users to our newly launched Help Center at help.enotarylog.com. Providing easy access to detailed documentation, FAQs, and other helpful resources.
  • Improved the positioning of the toast notifications within the notary room. Also the toast notifications will now time out after 10 seconds.
  • Improved the accuracy of notifying the notary of the required tags on specific documents before completing the session.
  • Corrected the algorithm error and improved the loading times navigating through the platform.
