We have implemented a tool to help our users check their network connectivity to our application. The tool will test if you have proper access settings for the microphone, speakers, and video in order to conduct a notarization online.

Please note that this tool is designed to help you identify any issues with your network connectivity that may prevent you from successfully conducting a notarization online. If you encounter any issues during the test or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

If you are having any issues, please download the results of the test and provide them to our support team. To download the results, click on the "Download Report Results" button at the end of the test and save the file to your computer. You can then attach the file to a support team by entering a ticket via the support portal for further assistance.
