eSeal Generator Instructions

To generate an electronic seal (eSeal) for your commissioned state, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the eSeal Generator page on eNotaryLog's website: eSeal Generator

  2. Select the state you are commissioned in from the provided options.

  3. Enter the required data as prompted by the eSeal Generator. This may include information such as your name, commission number, expiration date, and any other relevant details.

  4. After entering the required data, click on the "Download" button. The eSeal Generator will process the information and generate your eSeal.

  5. Once the eSeal is generated, it will be available for download as a PNG (Portable Network Graphics) file.

  6. Locate the downloaded file in your computer's download folder or the designated download location. The file will typically have a ".png" extension.

  7. You can now use the downloaded eSeal PNG file as your eSeal in the eNotaryLog Platform.
